Best Home Healthcare was on my mind this week. We have been selected by the Community as one of the best. This was a surprise because I didn’t promote the contest to those who know us best and I can’t even remember putting in my one vote. But the Sarasota Community thought us BEST (or at the very least, good) and I thought I’d share what this means to me.
- Customer Service – Bright Day focuses on the needs of our clients. Always, and without fail. We answer or return every call. We listen to what clients, family members, and care managers say. Consequently we get very good feedback, loyal customers and sincere appreciation for what we do.
- Positive & Productive Employee Relationships – Bright Day believes in the Positive Approach. We have a statue in our lobby with just this motto. I heard twice this week from two different employees that they enjoy coming to our office and often find themselves talking for half an hour or so with the staff. I love hearing this! It means our employees are comfortable and open in their discussions with us, and therefore we have created a positive & productive work environment.
- Commitment to Excellence – Private Duty Home Health is not for the faint-of- heart. I heard that said from a colleague of mine recently. I agree. But whatever the difficulty in any situation, we strive each and every day at Bright Day to provide excellent care. And we hope that our commitment to excellence helps in some small way to make your day a little brighter.
